Returns

Products ordered as part of LIQUIDATION can not be returned.

The return can be made within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.

The return is on behalf of the customer who is paying the return fees.

How to make a return?

1. Fill the Online Return Form or fill in the Paper Return Form, which you can download below:  
   • Online Return Form

   • English
2. Register your return by sending an email to info@barefootshoes.shop.
3. Send the parcel back to us by adding the Return Form into the box. Be sure to put the shoes inside the original box that we sent to you. In case you plan to return multiple shoes, you can pack them in one package (do not forget to add a Return Form to each of them).

What happens after you make the return?

1. Parcel check – after receiving your parcel we will check it according to the Return Form. Once it has been successfully verified, you will receive a notification from us to the email address provided by you in your order.
   Remember that returns do not apply to personalized products (e.g. insoles created individually for Customers) and those which show signs of use. You can read about the details in the Terms and Conditions
2. Refund – you will receive a refund within 5 business days from the moment we verify your parcel. In exceptional situations, this time may be extended to a maximum of 14 days.
   Depending on which method of payment you have chosen, you will receive a refund in the same way. In case a pay on delivery was used, the refund will be executed with a bank transfer. Any details about your bank account will be taken from the Return Form.
